Why:
  • Resistance Training – Everyone needs to resistance train for a number of reasons. Resistance training causes your body to preserve lean muscle mass and strength. Lean muscle mass is needed to continually consume calories, provide movement, and maintain bone density.

  • Cardiovascular Fitness – Heart and lungs - Cardiovascular fitness is one of the most diverse areas of fitness. Every individual needs to do “it,” but what exactly is “it.” Well, you'll find out in the class!

  • Proper Nutrition – We are what we eat! Skipping meals, fad dieting, crashing and regaining are the opposite of proper nutrition. Not only are they not effective, but they can have lasting negative affects on your body. Proper nutrition is essential to good health since the foods we eat provide the energy and nutrients our bodies need to function efficiently. I can help determine what foods your body needs and will help you develop and implement an easy to follow, nutritious eating plan.

  • Personal Assistance – Individualizing each element, and making the necessary adjustments, can allow anyone to reach their realistic fitness goal(s). I will integrate these components in your fitness program to provide you with the education, motivation and inspiration necessary for you to reach your goals in a safe, supportive atmosphere.

    The cost for the class will be $25/single and $40/couple per month and drop-in rates of $10/single and $15/couple per class.
